55 ml Aviation Gin
5 ml Nolly Prat Dry Vermouth
5 ml Casa Gusto Green Olive Brine

Garnish:

2 Casa Gusto Queen Green Olive
         
   

 

COCKTAIL: BLOODY CAESAR

MIXOLOGIST: STEFANO CATINO

Venue: Antica Trattoria Sevieri, La Spezia, Italy

Ingredients:

60 ml Ketel One vodka
3 Casa Gusto whole peeled Tomatoes
60ml Casa Gusto Puree
3 drops Worchestershire Sauce
3 drops Angostura bitters
15ml fresh lemon juice
3 pinch celery salt
10ml Casa Gusto Balsamic Vinegar
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Garnish:

Swizzle sticks with:
2 Casa Gusto Green Olives stuffed Pimiento
2 Casa Gusto Borlotti Beans

How to make it:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for no more than 8seconds.
Strain inside Casa Gusto 400ml Tomato Tin
