Ingredients:

Wood fire grilled sourdough bread 

Spreadable Home made black olive pate'

Casa Gusto Sundried Tomatoes on top

Finished with Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to make black olive pate':

Blend for 2 minutes in a blender

250gr of Pitted Casa Gusto Black Olives

1 tbl spoon of Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbl spoon of garlic

1 tbl spoon of mixed herbs and fresh grounded pepper

 

 

       
   

CROSTONI ALLA CREMA DI CARCIOFI

Ingredients:

Wood fire grilled bread

Casa Gusto Artichoke cream

Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Smoked Scamorza Cheese

Spek

How to make Casa Gusto Artichoke Cream

Blend for 1 minute in a  blender:

150 gr Casa Gusto Marinated Artichoke in quarters

10 ml Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

 
   

CAPRESE SAPORITA

Ingredients:

1 fesh buffalo mozzarella

8 Casa Gusto Sundried Tomatoes

30 ml Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

10 fresh basil leaves

How to present it:

Sliced the mozzarella and lay down in a plate alternating with 
Casa Gusto Sundried Tomatoes.

Finish with 2 spoon of Casa Gusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top.
